Step II

Training Programs

Instruction and activities designed to facilitate the organization’s leadership/employees to work together and achieve a common goal. From a stress management perspective we can survey and identify work related stressors. Sessions taught will identify theory, utilize real life practices and offer coping strategies.

Training is delivered on-site or through virtual webinars. We can also assist in workshops, special programs, and special events.

Step III

Maintenance

Ongoing development activities focusing on evaluation, instruction and mentoring are available on a regular basis. Maintenance service can be contracted monthly and yearly.
