Patricia Bernard, PhD, brings more than 34 years of logistics expertise with the Department of the Army and is a highly accomplished trainer, instructor, strategist, coach, and consultant with a deep commitment to empowering individuals. In addition to her distinguished federal career, she is a successful multi‑business owner. Patricia holds a PhD in Strategic Leadership, where her research centered on identifying stressors and coping strategies for women in leadership roles.

As the owner of Heels On Wheelz LLC—a Minority Business Enterprise (MMSDC) and Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certified company—Patricia gained firsthand experience building and operating a successful trucking business. Her boots‑on‑the‑ground perspective gives her a practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the trucking industry.

Motivated by her passion for supporting aspiring trucking entrepreneurs, particularly women, Patricia developed the Heels On Wheelz Consulting Program. This innovative program provides strategic guidance and essential resources to help business owners maximize time and financial efficiency from a logistics standpoint.
